Calls Service under this provision include:
- Thoroughly clean the filters.
- Verify and adjust fan speeds (low, medium, high).
- Assess noise levels and unit vibrations.
- Examine the operation of the thermostat, actuator, and NRV (Non-Return Valve).
- Evaluate the function of the motorized solenoid valve.
- Conduct a comprehensive cleaning and tightening of all electrical connections and components.
- Ensure the unit air filter is correctly fitted and clean.
- Confirm the cleanliness and unrestricted drainage of the drain pan.
- Inspect the fan wheel and housing for any signs of damage.
- Check all strainers for optimal functionality.
- Inspect coil fins for excess dirt or damage, and perform pressure washing if necessary.
- Verify the adequacy of the ceiling access panel for entry.
- Record and monitor the room temperature.
- Inspect the insulation of the chilled-water inlet and outlet pipelines.
- Assess the chilled water pressure.
- Examine the insulation of the drain pipeline.
- Confirm proper fitting of the supply and return A/C grilles.
- Record temperatures at the supply and return grilles.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the chilled water meter.
- Top up refrigerant gas (gas charges apply separately).
- Replace worn-out belts.
